Does H & H make the products we sell?

Yes. All of our products are manufactured in the United States to the highest standards.

Do you stock all of your products?

No, we maintain stock of our frequently sold products. Some of our products do have a lead time.

How quickly can I get a product I purchase?

Please contact us regarding lead time for a specific product you’re interested in.

How soon can I schedule an In-Home Product Consultation?

In-Home Product Consultations can usually be scheduled within 1 to 2 business days.

How soon can I have a product installed?
Installation is usually scheduled within 1-2 business days of the products being available for installation. Once the product(s) are ready you will be contacted by H & H to set up an installation date and time.
Does H & H offer installation?

Yes. We offer installation of our own safety products in select areas for your safety and convenience.

Regarding installation, can H & H fill out a W-9 form for my tax records?

No. H & H is not a contractor, sub-contractor or general contractor that can be employed by you and therefore does not qualify under the IRS guidelines or requirements. We are a Retailer/ Wholesaler which also provides additional optional services. Much like you would get when you purchase a product or service from a retailer like a Internet Provider, Major Hardware, or Home Appliance store.

Do I need to be present during an In-Home Product Consultation or Installation?

Yes. We require a person, 18 years or older, to be on site who is authorized by the client to make decisions at the time of the service visit regarding any and all services rendered.

How much time am I required to give H & H in order to cancel a scheduled appointment and not be charged a fee?
A cancellation request must be submitted and confirmed by H&H at least one full business day before the the scheduled service date. Non-authorized cancellation or no shows will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
  • $50 cancellation fee for the In-Home Product Consultation or Product Installation.
